Dado lab active and passive Cooling & Condensing devices designed to work in combination with Dado lab’s solutions for stack testing.
GD1
GD1 is the conditioning system of the gases taken from the emissions specifically designed to work with combustion analyzers. GD1 has a high-head pump capable of extracting the sample even in chimneys with high depressions. The air conditioning system has been designed and built to meet the most stringent standard in the field of gas temperatures (EN15058: 2017). GD1 is also equipped with systems of advanced solutions designed to protect the analyzers.
The SC6 is the upgraded version of the SC5 smart chiller, twice efficient and powerful than before. Efficient, ergonomic, versatile, easy to trasport and to operate: those were the targets we wanted to achieve during the development.
This chiller has a double function, it can be used as cooling bath for the impingers train and/or as chiller with recirculation capabilities for the the micropolluntants condensation device (PCDD/PCDF, Heavy Metals etc).
The FC5 condenser is built in accordance with the requirements defined in the EN1948 for the "Filter/condenser" method and to EPA23 with the dedicated option to invert the cartridge with the water flask.
The trap is equipped with a glass support for the use of PUF or XAD2.
The athermal box is the passive cooling solution developed by Dado lab to work in combination with our HP5 heated probe or as stand-alone solution for water condensation or micropollutants determination with impingers train.
The box is built in AISI304 stainless steel and aluminum while the internal cooling bath is made in polypropilene to optimize the insulation.
Dado lab was established in 2013 by a team of people with many years of knowledge, experience and know-how in monitoring and sampling equipment for both environmental and stack emission applications.
